SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped without costs. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing excluding weekends and major holidays. Shipments will be provided by DHL Express.

RETURN

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order for a different size or item and return your current item, so we can arrange a refund. If you want to return your purchase, you can contact our helpdesk for more help and details about our process. They will create a shipping label, so costs will be on Princess.

Once your return is received an inspected, we will send you an email with an approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
